The building mimics the morphological richness of the existing city, with a balanced alternation between volume and void. The building is organized
into five rectangular strips interspersed with courtyards similar to the scale of the adjacent neighbourhoods.
Each volume accommodates different typologies in a modular structure: a micro neighborhood within the building. Perpendicular to the voids a continuous
system of galleries and community spaces connecting the building cuts across the different typologies and allowing unexpected relationships between
private and communal.
The shared spaces (courtyards and galleries) are the privileged point of contact between neighbours -inhabitants occupy and share these spaces with
their daily activities.
